If the desired item is unavailable, you can simply buy it in the app and take advantage of the free shipping option for home delivery or free store pickup to have the order dropped off at your local Kohl's.

Touchless Checkout Options for Social Distancing

Things We Didn't Love

While the app has plenty of great things going for it, nothing can be perfect. Here are just a few of the things we would change about the Kohl's App:

1. No saving for later: There is no 'Favorites' or 'Save for Later' features that let you bookmark an item to revert back to later. This makes it difficult to backtrack and find items.
2. Slow speed: The app doesn't seem to be set up with a server that can support the number of customers who want to use it because it takes a while to load specific pages.
3. Hit or miss: At times, the app doesn't want to work at all, making it unpredictable in a pinch.

The Kohl's App might have a few tweaks here and there, but overall, this is a shopping app we like to keep in our mobile arsenal, just in case there's a good sale coming up.
